The "web" package shouldn't depends on "modules/context" package, instead, let each "web context" register themselves to the "web" package. 2. zeripath	5cb0c9aa0d	Propagate context and ensure git commands run in request context (#17868) ... This PR continues the work in #17125 by progressively ensuring that git commands run within the request context.
