I made this for [my own instance](https://git.gay/h) and didn't initially think I'd make a PR because of the previous closed issue, but I thought I'd ask the Forgejo matrix chat to see if there was any support and there was!
I'm told I should make a database migration, some help as to how to do that would be appreciated.

This pattern comes of often during review, so let's fix it once and for
all. Did not test, but changes are trivial enough imho.

This PR:
* introduce Gitea's own `showElem` and related functions
* remove jQuery show/hide
* remove .hide class
* remove inline style=display:none
From now on:
do not use:
* "[hidden]" attribute: it's too weak, can not be applied to an element
with "display: flex"
* ".hidden" class: it has been polluted by Fomantic UI in many cases
* inline style="display: none": it's difficult to tweak
* jQuery's show/hide/toggle: it can not show/hide elements with
"display: xxx !important"
only use:
* this ".gt-hidden" class
* showElem/hideElem/toggleElem functions in "utils/dom.js"
